Whenever I turn on my PC, I hear a strange beeping noise that lasts for about 3-4 minutes. It sounds like the sound you get when you plug and unplug a USB device, but it happens inconsistently. This issue is really frustrating me. Does anyone have any insights or solutions?

It sounds like there might be a faulty USB port causing the beeping. Have you checked the USB devices you have connected? You could try disconnecting everything, including the keyboard and mouse, to see if the sound stops. Also, check if everything is functioning normally during the beeping—like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
I only have my keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam plugged in. They don’t make any noise when I connect or disconnect them. The device manager looks fine too! I'm really stumped.
