Need a New Vendor for Company Tech Supplies

I've been sourcing tech supplies like computers, monitors, keyboards, and other setup essentials for a large company with over 10,000 users. Lately, I've noticed that our current vendor, CDW, is pricing higher than others and lacks some smaller items we need, like screen protectors. We can't use Amazon for some reason—something about not being able to get quotes. I've tried to onboard Best Buy, but it's been a hassle getting contact information for their accounting department. Office Depot also doesn't stock the small supplies we need, and I'm struggling to find a vendor that can handle bulk orders, like 500+ computers to replace outdated ones. Has anyone had success with a vendor that fits these needs?

Have you considered Ingram Micro? They could be a good fit for your needs. I understand that your procurement department is hesitant about using Amazon, but setting up a business account isn't that hard. Micro Center didn’t work out for me either—they just said no when I tried to set up a business account.

Yeah, my accounting team is pretty set against Amazon too. They've shut down my requests to set them up more than once.

We actually use Amazon for supplies at our school district. Setting up a business account was straightforward. We don't buy computers from there, though; we stick with CDW-G for bulk purchases—typically, they give better pricing than what's shown online.
