I'm trying to put together my first gaming PC and want to ensure it runs games at least at 1080p and 60 fps. I'm hoping to keep the total cost under $900. Any recommendations on parts or builds?

I'd recommend considering a used AMD Ryzen 3600 or 3700 instead of the new 5500. If you must buy new, the 5600 is the way to go for better performance. You'll likely get better value out of it!

I agree! Used parts can save you a lot, especially when starting out. Plus, the 3600 has already proven itself in many games.

Are you located in the U.S.? If you have a Micro Center nearby, that's definitely worth checking out for some good deals on parts!

Yeah, I'm in the U.S., but unfortunately, I don't have a Micro Center close by.
