Need Advice on My $1000 PC Build

Hey everyone! I'm looking to build a solid gaming PC for under $1000, and I've got a rough plan laid out. I found a 3070 Ti for $200 on my local Facebook Marketplace, which is why it's not listed with my parts. I'm mainly concerned about possible bottlenecks in my build. Any feedback on my selected components would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot!

I think you should invest in a better PSU. The one listed in your build isn’t great quality. A good PSU can make a huge difference in performance and reliability.

Got it! I’ll look for a higher quality one. Thanks!

I’d suggest a few changes to your build. For example, I put together a similar setup that falls under $800, which offers some solid upgrades. Check it out [here](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/gvpgjn). The 3070 Ti isn't the latest, so you might want to consider newer GPUs that fit your budget better.

Good to know! I am actually looking for a smaller case, like the Lian Li LANCOOL 205M MESH, since I need something portable. Would that work?

Sure, that case should be good as long as it fits your components. When switching cases, just make sure your PSU still matches the new setup!

You might want to check out the 9600X. It's just a few bucks more on Amazon, and it could give you better performance. Also, if you’re not writing large files often, a budget SSD should work well for gaming. No need to overspend there!

Yeah, I heard mixed things about the 9600X, but if it beats the 7600X, I might consider switching. Any recommendations for a 2TB SSD?
