Hey everyone! I'm new to building PCs and I recently put together my first gaming setup based on some advice from friends. However, I ended up buying three parts without checking if they were suitable first. The components I purchased are a Kingston Fury RAM, an ASRock motherboard, and a Ryzen processor. My budget is about a thousand dollars, but I'm not in a hurry to buy everything at once—I can wait a bit to save up more if needed. I'm looking for suggestions on whether I should keep these components or consider replacing any of them. Any advice would be really appreciated!

Honestly, I think you should be fine with the parts you've gotten. The Kingston Fury RAM is pretty reliable, and as long as your ASRock motherboard supports your Ryzen processor, you should have a good setup for starters. Just ensure your power supply is up to the task, and you should be all set!
It sounds like you've got a solid start! The components you've picked are good for a basic gaming build, but I'd suggest checking for compatibility between the motherboard and Ryzen chip. Just make sure you're also keeping an eye on the GPU because that's what really affects gaming performance. If money's tight, stick with what you've got for now and upgrade the graphics card later. You can always look for deals or used parts to save some cash!
Yeah, this is a decent foundation. Just keep an eye on GPU prices—sometimes you can find good deals on last-gen models that still perform well.

Check the specs for your motherboard! Some budget boards might limit your RAM speed, so just look into that.
