Hey everyone! I'm looking to put together my first gaming PC since my laptop just isn't cutting it anymore. I've got some basic experience with PC building from school projects, and I've drafted what I think is a decent budget-friendly build for gaming. My main goal is to keep the total cost under $1,000, but I'm slightly above that at the moment and could potentially increase my budget a bit if necessary. I would love your input on my build! Any tips or advice would really help, and I'll do my best to respond to your comments. Here's my current list: [PC Part Picker Link]. Thanks in advance!

The NV3 uses QLC flash, which isn't very durable and slows down after a few years. I'd recommend going for a drive with TLC flash instead, like the Transcend (MTE)110S or the TeamGroup MP33. They should give you better performance and longevity.
It looks like you might want to consider a cheaper motherboard. This could free up some funds to invest in a better graphics card, which is essential for gaming. Just a thought!
Good point! I was worried about needing to swap out other parts if I change the motherboard, but I'll definitely investigate better options. Thanks!
Could you clarify your budget? That way, we can help tweak your list more effectively. There might be a few elements in your current selections that could use adjustment.
Absolutely! As mentioned, I'm trying to keep it under $1,000, but I'm open to stretching it a little bit if needed.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll check those out and see how they fit into my budget.
