Need Feedback on My First Gaming PC Build List

Hey everyone! I'm just starting out in PC building and I've done some homework on my first setup. I'm targeting a mid-tier gaming rig that can run games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Elden Ring at 1440p. I've put together a list of the components I'm considering and would love to get your input on it before I buy everything. I'm sticking to my budget, but I'm unsure if all the parts will work together, fit in my case, and if the cooling system is good enough for this build.

Here's what I've got:

- Motherboard: GIGABYTE B650 Eagle AX AM5
- CPU: Ryzen 7 7700X
- GPU: Radeon RX 7800XT
- RAM: Kingston Fury Beast 16GB DDR5 (X2)
- SSD: Kingston NV3 1TB
- Cooling: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE V3
- Power Supply: Corsair RM750X
- OS: Windows 11
- Case: Corsair 4000D (mid tower ATX)

Hey! Make sure to double-check the total budget you have – also, what currency are you working with? It helps to know!

I'm looking at around $2000 CAD for everything!

You should definitely use a site like PCPartPicker to check the compatibility of all your components. It makes life a lot easier!

Your cooling setup should be adequate for this build, but keep an eye on temperature management once you're up and running. I suggest getting some extra case fans to improve airflow, just in case!

Just a heads up, the Kingston NV3 SSD might not be the best choice since it uses QLC flash, which could impact performance in the long run. You might want to go for a TLC drive instead, like the TeamGroup MP44L or WD Blue SN580. They’ll give you better durability and speed!
