I want a machine that can handle a bit of everything, including gaming and running programs like Python and maybe MATLAB in the future. I play a variety of games, like simulators and RPGs, and I'm hoping to run them smoothly at 1080p—ideally at high settings. Right now, I only have a keyboard and mouse, so I need everything, including the monitor.
