Need Help Building a Powerful Gaming PC on a £1500 Budget

I've never built a PC before, and I have a budget of £1500. I play games like Marvel Rivals, Overwatch 2, League of Legends, and Cyberpunk at high FPS for competitive play. Unfortunately, my previous setup got damaged in an accident. I'm looking for parts that will provide great performance for the price, and I'm open to spending a bit more if needed. Just to clarify, the case and fans are not part of my budget. Thanks for any advice!

Just to check, when you mentioned an accident, do you have any parts left that you could re-use? It might help you save some money!

Unfortunately, I can't salvage anything except for the case and fans.

With your budget and needs, you can get an excellent setup. I'd recommend going with an AM5 platform and a strong GPU. For the CPU, the Ryzen 7 7800X3D is fantastic for gaming and should give you the high FPS you're after. Pair that with a B650 motherbaord, 32GB of DDR5-6000 RAM, and a 2TB NVMe SSD (like the WD SN770 or Crucial T500). For the GPU, either an RTX 4070 Super or an RX 7800 XT would be great depending on current prices. Don't forget a good 750W Gold PSU and a nice air cooler to keep everything running smoothly. This setup will handle your games beautifully!

I’d suggest looking into the RX 7900 as an alternative. It offers better performance and supports FSR4, which could benefit your gaming experience.
