About a month ago, I started applying for programs and got accepted into a full-stack development course. The pace has been super fast—within just a week, we've gone through HTML/CSS, then jumped to JavaScript, and then React JS. Next week, we're set to tackle React Native. I'm feeling totally lost and not really good at JavaScript yet. I think I might need to go back and solidify my understanding of the basics, but I'm unsure if that's the right move. Sometimes in class, I just feel really dumb because I can't keep up. I genuinely love this field and am willing to work hard to become proficient. Any advice would be deeply appreciated! Thanks!

What's the format of your course? If it's a boot camp, they might expect you to already have some prior knowledge. In that case, I'd recommend utilizing TA's and mentors if available.
