I've just built my first PC with a 5070 Ti and I'm feeling overwhelmed trying to find a new monitor to elevate my setup. OLED options are way out of my budget, and it seems like nobody's been recommending any good 4K IPS monitors on YouTube lately. I mostly game and I really care about picture clarity, movie quality, vibrant colors, and minimal ghosting. I'm not competitive – just a casual FPS player who enjoys games like Deep Rock Galactic and Battlefield.

You could probably go for a 1440p OLED. Some say that the clarity on a 4K is a bigger upgrade than having perfect blacks with OLED, but I guess it depends on your preferences! Still, the zero latency on OLEDs is pretty appealing too.
I've heard that while 4K offers better clarity, some people really swear by the deep blacks of OLED, so it’s a tough call!
