I currently have a prebuilt PC with an i3 9100F and a GTX 1650 4GB, paired with a B365M PRO-VH motherboard. My main concerns are gaming performance—especially for gacha games like Wuthering Waves and Zenless Zone Zero—since I'm struggling with high CPU usage (80-100%) and overheating during long play sessions. Ideally, I want recommendations for a budget motherboard and CPU combo that will allow me to maintain around 75 fps at 1080p while also being able to run a browser or YouTube simultaneously.
