Need Help Choosing a Compatible Motherboard and PSU

I'm looking for some guidance in selecting a compatible motherboard and power supply unit (PSU) for my build. I've heard that motherboards with the B560 chipset are a solid choice, but I'd prefer something that doesn't break the bank. Also, I've read that the PSU wattage should be around 1.4 times the estimated requirement provided by the build calculator. Additionally, I'd like to know if the CPU cooler I already have will work with this setup. Here's the link to the cooler: [cooler link].

It sounds like you could be facing some bottlenecking with that CPU. Are you sure you’re set on the parts you shared?

Oh, I actually meant to mention the 5070, not the Ti version. And yes, I do already own the parts.
