Need Help Choosing a GPU for Emulation on an Old PC

Hey everyone! I've inherited an old PC from a friend with an i3 8th Gen processor, 16 GB of DDR4 RAM, a 250 GB SSD, and an Asus Prime Z370-A motherboard.
