Need Help Choosing an AM5 Motherboard for My New Build

I'm getting back into World of Warcraft, but my Intel i7-12700K isn't cutting it anymore. I'm considering upgrading to the 9800X3D, which is on sale for about $560 Canadian. I was initially waiting for the 9950X3D, but I think the extra performance isn't worth the extra cost for what I need. I'm looking at several motherboards: the ASUS ROG STRIX X870E-E GAMING WIFI, MSI MAG X870 TOMAHAWK WIFI, ASRock X870E Taichi Lite, and MSI X870E Carbon WIFI. I'd like to keep the budget under $600 Canadian, and I need plenty of USB ports as I'm planning to run 2 NVMe drives along with 2 SATA drives. There's a time-sensitive deal on the ROG Strix that ends in 6 hours, so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Go for the MSI MAG X870 Tomahawk. It has all the features you need at a lower price, and I haven't heard of many users having issues with their 3D CPUs on these boards.

I'm surprised to hear WoW is lagging on your 12700K. What GPU are you using?

I'm using an RTX 4080, so that's not the problem. It's laggy during combat and in cities, not just during heavy raids.
