Need Help Choosing the Right GPU for My Build

I'm building a high-end gaming PC and I'm at the point where I need to choose the right GPU. Here's my current build so far:

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
- Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING B850M-PLUS (AM5, micro-ATX)
- RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) Kingston Fury 6000MHz CL30 DDR5 Kit
- CPU Cooler: ASUS ROG RYUJIN 240 AIO
- PSU: ASUS ROG Loki SFX-L 1000W
- Case: Jonsplus Jonsbo Z20 Black Mini Tower
- Case Fan: Noctua NF-F12 PWM

Total cost without GPU is $1,426.62.

I'm deciding between these GPU options:
1. NVIDIA RTX 5080 ASUS Prime - $1,234.34 (Total: $2,673.69)
2. AMD RX 9070 XT ASUS Prime - $641.51 (Total: $2,080.86)
3. NVIDIA RTX 5070 Ti ASUS Prime - $935.59 (Total: $2,374.94)
4. AMD RX 9070 XT Sapphire Nitro+ - $764.98 (Total: $2,204.33)
5. NVIDIA RTX 5070 2X OC - $522.95 (Total: $1,962.30)

I'm targeting a 1440p / 2K resolution at 240Hz on an OLED monitor. I've already ordered a few components during sales and canceled a 5090 due to the price. I'm leaning toward the RX 9070 XT due to performance vs. price, but the RTX 5080 has caught my eye. Any advice on which GPU I should choose?

If you're willing to spend, I say go for the 5080. It's a top-tier card, but do keep in mind that it may not be the best value. Plus, you don’t necessarily need a 1000W PSU for that setup; an 850W should work fine! Just make sure you've got good airflow in your case.

I had an ASUS TUF 850W initially but the cables were too bent for my liking. That's why I went for the Loki; it was the cheapest SFX option over 600W! Appreciate your input!
