Need Help Connecting Front Case Fans to PSU for My PC Build

Hey everyone, I'm currently in the process of building my PC and I'm a bit stuck. I've got a cable coming from the fans that are built into the front of my case. After doing some research, I believe it's a molex connection that needs to connect to the PSU. I'm not quite sure where to connect it though. Should I plug it directly into the PSU, or will I need some sort of adapter to make it work? Any guidance would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

That sounds a bit confusing, I totally get that! Just so you know, these adapters don’t usually come included with PSUs. More often than not, you’ll likely need to buy one separately. Just check if your PSU has a molex connection, and you might be good to go!

You’ll want to connect the fan cable to a molex cable from your PSU. If you don’t have a molex cable available, you can use a SATA to molex adapter that plugs into one of your SATA power cables instead.
