I'm stuck between a few monitor options and I could really use some help deciding. Currently, I have the GIGABYTE MO27Q2, a 27" 16:9 1440p 240hz monitor that I've been using. I really like the 240hz refresh rate, but I'm considering whether it's worth it to switch to an ultrawide. Is the extra cost of around €250 for the ultrawide worthwhile? I've used ultrawide at work but never for gaming. I'm wondering if an ultrawide is significantly more immersive. Here are my options:
1. GIGABYTE MO27Q2, 27" 16:9 1440p 240hz OLED for €500 (currently owned)
2. Dell Alienware AW3423DWF 34" 1440p 165hz OLED for about €600
3. GIGABYTE MO34WQC2, 34" 21:9 1440p 240hz OLED for about €750.
Should I return the GIGABYTE MO27Q2?

I have the Alienware OLED, and it's honestly amazing! You won’t regret going for it.
240hz is awesome for fast reflex games, but if you're not a pro, you might not notice a huge difference. I usually check online reviews for monitors. From what I found, the Dell Alienware seems to be a top choice [check it out here](https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/dell/alienware-aw3423dwf). The GIGABYTE is nice, but it’s pricier. Personally, if I were you, I’d return the 27" and go for the Dell. If you value that 240hz and have the budget, then the Gigabyte 34" could be the way to go.
Ultra wide monitors do offer a higher resolution, but it also means you might get lower FPS depending on your current hardware. What CPU and GPU are you using?
I have a Ryzen 9700x and a 9070xt.
Thanks for the input!
