I recently purchased some Polycom CCX 505 Teams Phones after getting no response from an HP business rep I was originally in contact with. I need to secure documentation confirming that these phones are NDAA compliant for our records, as the rep mentioned before she went silent. I've searched online but can't seem to find the compliance info. I've also contacted HP's support, but they've only sent me the manuals, which don't cover compliance details. Does anyone have suggestions on how to obtain this compliance information from HP or know of a specific contact to reach out to?

Could you share the specific SKU? I work for a VAR and have access to HP's partner portal. I might be able to dig up the compliance information you're after. I heard that the Open SIP version is NDAA compliant, but I couldn't find the formal documentation myself.
You might want to reach out to Poly Support directly. They should be able to direct you to the right webpage or provide the compliance documents you’re looking for.
It sounds like you got a bit fleeced there. But rest assured, from what I've heard, the phones are TAA compliant as well.

Here is the SKU: 849A5AA#ABA. I'm really just looking for any documents stating the country of origin or confirming GSA/TAA compliance. The packaging mentions that the phones are made in Taiwan, but most of the docs I’ve found are for the models manufactured in China.
