Need Help Picking a Graphics Card for Gaming

Hey everyone! I'm not very knowledgeable about graphics cards and their ups and downs. I'm looking to build a PC that can handle the latest AAA games with decent graphics and smooth frame rates, but I also enjoy strategy and indie games. I've come across a few budget-friendly graphics cards that have been recommended to me: RTX 4060, RTX 5060, RX 9060 XT, and Intel Arc B570. Could anyone explain in simple terms which of these would be the best fit for my needs and what their pros and cons are? Thanks a lot!

What's the resolution you plan on playing at? If you're looking for the cheapest option, that's usually the best way to go. But for 1080p, you should be good with mid-range cards!

1080p would work for me!

Don't forget, for GPUs over $300, 12GB of VRAM is the minimum you're looking for. This makes the RTX 4060 and 5060 not the best options. The 16GB RX 9060 XT is way faster compared to the Intel Arc B570 and B580, so you should grab that unless the Intel card is much cheaper.

The RX 9060 XT is what I’d recommend too. Remember, the specs like generation and performance group matter a lot. For gaming, AMD cards usually give you better performance for less money. Just keep your intended resolution and frame rate in mind when you choose!

This info is super helpful! Thanks a bunch! Finding straightforward GPU info can be tough since it gets technical. I’m also eyeing for 1080p!

Definitely go with the RX 9060 XT! It's an excellent choice, especially if you're gaming at 1080p or even 1440p. Much better performance than the other options, especially for the price.

The RX 9060 XT is currently the best value card out there. It should let you play any game comfortably at 1080p and even at 1440p. Plus, it has a solid performance-to-cost ratio!

Just make sure to go for the 16 GB version!
