I recently purchased a Samsung Tab S9 FE from a questionable source, and now I'm trying to factory reset it like I did with some older Samsung tablets. However, it keeps booting to what looks like a corporate login screen. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and would appreciate any guidance on how to properly reset this device. Also, if this is the wrong place to ask, could someone steer me in the right direction?

If it’s locked, it’s basically bricked. I’d recommend giving it back to the organization it belongs to. And yeah, maybe avoid buying from questionable sources in the future!
You've got a locked device there! The only way to unlock it is through the company that set up the MDM. I suggest contacting them directly since we'll be unable to assist further.
Unfortunately, you can't just reset it. It looks like the tablet is secured with a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, which is often used by companies to lock down their devices. So, unless you can get in touch with the company that it’s registered to, it’s pretty much a paperweight now.
Seriously, consider being more careful about where you buy electronics. It's questionable to buy from someone like that. It’s best just to return it and avoid these sticky situations.
Honestly, this is a tough situation. That tablet likely got lifted, so you should really think about returning it to its original company. Next time, try to buy a refurbished device from a reliable source instead of sketchy sellers.
