I'm trying to transition from Linux Mint to Pop!_OS, but I'm having trouble getting to the startup screen. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

First off, what are your system specs? Also, which ISO of Pop!_OS did you download, and how did you flash it onto your USB? Some tools work better than others, so it's good to check that.

Make sure you're following the installation instructions on the Pop!_OS website. A common issue is that you need to disable secure boot for the installer to work properly. Also, it might help to know if you're seeing any specific error messages when trying to boot.
I just checked and found that secure boot was enabled, so I disabled it.
I keep seeing Mint's boot code flash and then it goes black before returning to the start screen. Not sure what’s happening!
I picked the Pop!_OS ISO while I’m currently on Linux Mint, and I used Balena Etcher to flash it.
