Should I Upgrade My GPU to Fix FPS Drops?

Hey everyone! I need some advice about upgrading my graphics card. Right now, I have an RX 7600 with 8GB VRAM, paired with a Ryzen 5 5600XT and 16GB of RAM running at 3600 MHz. I've noticed that in certain games like Battlefield 6 and Arc Raiders, I'm experiencing some minor FPS drops. At first, I thought it might be the RAM, but it's usually only utilizing around 12-13GB. So, my main question is: could the FPS drops be due to insufficient VRAM? If that's the case, what would be a good GPU upgrade for me? I'm gaming at 1080p and would like to maintain at least high settings. Thanks in advance!

First off, what power supply are you using, and what's your budget for a new graphics card? Are you considering new or used?

I've got a be quiet! 750 Watt power supply, so I think I have enough headroom. I'd prefer to buy new, and my budget is around 300 to 400 euros.

You could consider the RX 9060 XT with 16GB, which fits your budget. It's about 50-60% faster than your current 7600 and more efficient. Plus, you'll be able to use FSR 4 if needed.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll check that out. So, do you think the stutters are indeed because of the VRAM? I noticed when I lower the textures, the stuttering decreases, which kind of points to that.
