I recently built a new PC and I'm hitting a roadblock: I keep getting a red LED debug light signaling an issue with the CPU. Aside from that, everything else seems to be functioning properly. I've noticed that one of the fans on my CPU cooler isn't working, likely because of a cramped space with the DDRAM. After my initial attempt at starting it, the PC shut down automatically due to the cooling fan being off. I've taken everything apart and reassembled it, but the red light for the CPU persists. Here's my build list for reference: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/DW6Bdb

First things first, make sure that your CPU fan is correctly plugged into the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard. Also, you can try adjusting the placement of the front fan to give the CPU cooler some more room. Sometimes a simple adjustment can help with airflow and cooling issues.
You might want to try booting up the system with just one stick of RAM at a time. Test each stick in every RAM slot to see if that works. If the problem continues, take the motherboard and CPU out of the case and try powering them up without any other components connected. Just see if they function outside the case.
What do you mean by 'stick'? Is that one of the RAM sticks?
Yeah, I just realized my fan wasn't plugged in too, that might be your issue!
