Hey everyone! I could really use your help with a problem I'm facing. I built my PC at the end of 2024, taking my time to ensure all the components would be compatible. Here's what I'm working with: Asus TUF B550M-PLUS WIFI II motherboard, Ryzen 9 5950X CPU, 128GB Delta TUF RAM, a Kingston 1TB M.2 SSD and 500GB SSD, a 1250W Platinum power supply, an Asus Prime RX 9070 XT OC GPU, and an ASUS TUF 360mm AIO cooler.
I initially bought an RTX 4070 Ti Super for streaming, but it arrived defective, and after struggling to get a replacement, I finally settled on the RX 9070 XT. The issue is that my PC keeps crashing unexpectedly; it feels like it might be running out of RAM or that there's something wrong with the CPU. When this happens, it makes a loud "BRRRRR" sound, then resets. After the crashes, it sometimes boots into safe mode, leaving me completely baffled. I'm at a loss and would love any guidance you might have!

Do you have an XMP profile enabled for your RAM? Having 128GB is quite a bit, and if your RAM isn't configured properly, it could strain the CPU's memory controller. You might try running just 2 sticks of RAM in the A2 and B2 slots to see if it stabilizes things.
When your system crashes, does it completely shut off, or does it just freeze? If it's freezing but staying powered on, it sounds more like a software issue. A solid first step would be to use DDU to remove your current graphics drivers and then reinstall them fresh. That could clear up the problem!
When it crashes, it totally freezes with that awful stuttering "BRRR" sound before resetting. I have to turn it off, wait a bit, and then turn it back on. Usually, it says I booted in Safe Mode after.

Yes, I have the XMP profile set up, and it's running at 3200MHz. I thought that should be good enough. The problems really started when I switched to this new GPU, though.
