I'm looking to upgrade my PC to enhance gaming performance, particularly for titles like Monster Hunter World and Oblivion Remastered. My current build is listed on PCPartPicker, but I noticed my power supply isn't shown there. Here's what I've got so far: an Intel Core i7-8700K, a Cooler Master liquid CPU cooler, and 16GB of DDR4 RAM. I also have a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti but I'm not planning to change it. My budget for this upgrade is about $850. I mainly play Old School Runescape, so my monitors aren't the best, but I'd like to ramp up settings for other games and maybe stream without experiencing lag drops. Any suggestions?

What kind of resolution are you aiming for? You might find some competitive prices on 11th gen parts, which would let you utilize the PCIe 4.0 speeds, maximizing your upgrade's value. It's a solid choice for gaming.
I’d love to run 1440 if possible, but I'm mainly into Old School Runescape, so I haven’t prioritized monitor upgrades. However, for other games, having a good crisp display would be great!
