I recently upgraded to a 5080 GPU from my old 3080, but I hit a snag: the 5080 requires three PCIE cables, and I can't find the original PSU box (Corsair RM850). I bought a replacement cable (Cable Matters 8Pin PSU 6+2 PCIE) from Amazon, but it's not the best option since my PSU doesn't have the newer pin that would allow me to use just one cable. I'm worried about the delay in contacting Corsair for a replacement this time of year. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!

I found this power cable on Corsair's website: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/p/pc-components-accessories/cp-8920284/600w-pcie-5-0-12v-2x6-type-4-psu-power-cable-cp-8920284. It should work! But just double-check since your PSU might not have the 12-pin.
If you're looking for a cable, you might want to check out Corsair's Type 4 12V-2x6 cable. It connects directly from the PSU to your GPU without needing to use an adapter for the GPU. That could make things easier!

I don’t think my PSU has a 12-pin connector! I’ll check when I get home. Thanks for the heads up!
