Need Help with AMD Chipset Driver Installation Error

I've been using my PC for about two years without any issues, but I'm running into a problem while trying to update my AMD chipset drivers. Every time I attempt the installation, I receive an error message that says, "enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'AMD_Chipset_Drivers.msi' in the box below." This is the first time I'm encountering this issue, and I'm really stuck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If you're downloading from a tool on your desktop, it might not be the latest. You might want to try again from the AMD site and make sure you select the correct driver for your motherboard. It's essential to have the right version to avoid errors.

Have you tried downloading the chipset drivers directly from AMD's official website? It might help to avoid any issues with the version you're currently using.

It sounds like you need to check your motherboard model. You can usually find this information in the BIOS, or you can use a system information tool like CPU-Z. Also, where are you downloading the chipset driver from?
