Need Help with Boot Loop After Power Outage

Hey everyone! I could really use some assistance with my computer issue. Here's the situation: I experienced a power outage while my PC was running, and now that I've turned it back on five days later, I'm stuck in a boot loop. It takes forever (up to 15 minutes) to even get to the infinite loading screen. I have Windows 11 installed on a Samsung 990 Evo Plus SSD via NVMe. I did a fresh install of Windows after upgrading from Windows 10 last month and transferred all my data beforehand, so I'm really hoping to avoid losing everything and going through the reinstallation process again.

Here's what I've tried so far:
- Booting normally results in either the infinite boot loop or recovery attempts that go nowhere for hours.
- I can access the BIOS, which seems fine.
- Booting from a Windows 11 USB installation media gets me to the first step, but it just keeps loading indefinitely.
- I also deactivated any XMP or speed options in the BIOS.

Right now, I'm pretty lost and can't access the recovery options either. The loading times for everything seem incredibly long, especially considering how long it takes for the USB boot to show anything. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions that might lead me to a solution, I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

I understand your frustration. After trying to boot with just the SSD, I found that was actually the key. One of my drives turned out to be faulty and removing it allowed my system to boot normally. You might want to try a similar approach by disconnecting drives one by one to see if that helps.

It seems like your PC may have suffered some physical damage from the power outage, possibly a surge. Since this kind of damage can happen in many areas of the PC, my advice would be to take it to a professional. They can diagnose the issue more effectively than we can here. Also, I'm curious why your UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) didn't kick in to protect your system during the outage.

Just a heads up, making changes to system settings can risk losing data. Always ensure that your backups are up-to-date before tinkering with your PC settings. Also, I managed to get to a restoration point eventually, but unfortunately, it didn't resolve my issue.
