I've recently built a new PC with a Ryzen 5 7600X and a 3070 Ti, but I'm having serious issues running games smoothly. Even on low settings, I'm getting around 30 FPS or lower in Elden Ring. My CPU usage is around 30%, while the GPU is constantly at 99%. Both components idle at about 57°C, which I believe is normal. I've tried adjusting various settings, but nothing seems to work. Just to mention, I got all the parts from Microcenter, except for the GPU, which was refurbished. My old setup with a 1660 and a 9th gen i5 was able to run Elden Ring at a stable 60 FPS on medium settings at 1080p before it bricked, and I couldn't salvage any parts.

First things first, make sure your monitor is plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard—sometimes that can cause performance issues. Just double-check that connection.
You should also monitor your temps, clock speeds, and power draw during gaming. Using something like RTSS overlay can help you record these metrics while you play. Just a tip: if your GPU is clocking at around 2000 MHz and both the CPU and GPU are at 57°C, that's generally fine, but see if you can find a power draw readout to further diagnose.
Are you playing at 4K by any chance? I know some people don’t realize that can impact performance heavily. Just to confirm, you're on 1080p, right?
