Need Help with My First Custom PC: Corsair iCUE Issues

I just got a custom-built PC and I'm having trouble with my Corsair iCUE fans and AIO cooler. They aren't appearing in the iCUE app, and while I can change the fan color using my motherboard's software, I can't adjust anything related to the AIO. The fans spin and the AIO seems to be working fine, but the RGB controls aren't responding at all. I've spent hours trying to troubleshoot this! I also realized that only the AIO connects via iCUE, which explains why I can control the intake and exhaust fans but not the AIO. Anyone have any advice?

Are the fans spinning correctly? Sometimes, if they're not hooked up the right way, they might still work while not appearing in iCUE.

Yes, all the fans are spinning fine and react well when I change the speed. The cooling is working perfectly in the AIO too!

I’ve already tried swapping the USB plug, deleting all RGB applications, and reinstalling the iCUE software multiple times. I even unplugged and replugged everything from the hub! I'm starting to think the hub might be faulty, as I can't see anything wrong with how it's connected, and all my software is current.

Make sure your fans are connected to the Corsair hub instead of the motherboard. To control them through iCUE, they often need to go from the fan to the hub and then to the MB.
