Hey everyone! I'm searching for a free ticketing system for my workplace, something that's well-maintained but doesn't cost anything. I'm not a fan of osTicket as it looks quite unprofessional and doesn't meet our needs. I'd love a system that can integrate with WhatsApp and email for automatic ticket creation, plus some Office 365 features like auto-assigning tasks and populating to-do lists based on ticket types. We really need to get this sorted out quickly, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Have you checked out HelpScout? It’s pretty solid, but there's also FreeScout, which you can self-host for free. The add-ons are cheap, and it has good functionality.
You're asking for a lot from a free solution, but if you're open to a one-time purchase, Jitbit has been excellent for us.

I second FreeScout! The basic version is free, and it offers O365 connectors right out of the box for additional functionality.
