I'm facing a challenge with shipping two pallets of equipment worth $2 million from New York to Denver. My current freight company can't provide the insurance coverage I need, which means I might have to pay double the cost by splitting the order. Does anyone have suggestions for reliable freight carriers that could handle this shipment?

Isn't splitting the order costing way more a bit too extreme? It could be wise to check for another quote anyway, just to be safe. The doubling of costs might not be necessary if you can find a decent option.
What about FedEx Custom Critical? They might be able to help you out.
Mainfreight could be another option worth checking out.
Are we really debating the cost difference here? For such a high-value shipment, I would just go with Expeditors or TForce (UPS) and get it done. It’s smart to keep procurement policies in mind, but for $2 million worth of gear, it's worth it.
The simplest solution would be to look for a different freight carrier. Since data centers work with freight companies regularly, it could be worth asking your data center for any recommendations they might have.
Have you thought about using Champagne Logistics? A lot of major OEMs rely on them. They might not be the best in terms of updates, but they do get the job done for the most part.

Totally agree! It's best to get multiple quotes before making a final decision.
