Need Recommendations for Upgrading My RAM to 32GB

Hey everyone! I got my computer a few years ago, and it initially came with 8GB of RAM. I'm looking to upgrade to 32GB, but I keep second-guessing my choices because of contrasting opinions I see online. I usually play lighter games like Hearts of Iron and Crusader Kings III. Here are my specs for context: I have an A320M/ac motherboard and an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, running on integrated graphics. Any advice on what RAM I should go for?

I totally get that you want the best, but don't forget to share your specs next time! It helps a lot. You can aim for the 32GB upgrade, but focus more on the compatibility with your A320M motherboard. Good luck!

Thanks for the heads up! I apologize for not sharing those earlier. I'll make sure to include more details next time.

Honestly, you're overthinking it! Just get any DDR4 3200 CL16 RAM set, and you'll be fine. They’ll all perform pretty similarly in 99% of cases. Go for the cheapest or whichever looks good to you, since aesthetics can play a role too!

You should definitely consider getting two 16GB sticks of RAM to reach your 32GB goal. This should boost your performance, especially if RAM is the bottleneck in your system. Just make sure they match your motherboard's specs!
