I'm looking for a KVM switch that fits my relatively simple needs. I have a custom-built gaming PC and a work laptop, alongside two monitors. I want to connect my peripherals—like my wired keyboard and mouse—to both systems without plugging and unplugging constantly. The first monitor is a Samsung Odyssey G65B, with a 1440p 240Hz setup, using DisplayPort for my gaming rig. The second monitor is an Acer KG271C, running at 1920x1080 144Hz, connected via DisplayPort as well. My keyboard connects via USB 2.0, and my mouse is a USB-A model. My laptop supports two USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports and HDMI 2.1, so I'm looking for a KVM that can handle this setup efficiently. Any recommendations with links would be much appreciated, as I've spent too much time searching already!

The AV Access KD-E10 might work for you; it's a 2x monitor KVM docking station perfect for switching between a PC and a laptop. It’s roughly $130, and you can find it here: https://www.avaccess.com/products/kd-e10/ Just a heads up, you'll need an extra power supply if you want to charge your laptop through it.
You might want to check out the Level1 Tech KVM switch. It’s designed for setups just like yours. You can find it here: https://www.store.level1techs.com/ It should let you switch between your laptop and PC seamlessly.
If your desktop has a USB-C port, consider the VisionTek VT4950 KVM dock. It's a USB-C docking station that allows you to connect both your laptop and desktop, plus it switches easily with a button press and charges your laptop! Check it out at VisionTek's website.
Wouldn’t I need two HDMI ports and DisplayPorts for that? My motherboard supports USB-C, but I’m not sure if it has all the other connections.
This sounds like a solid option! I’ve heard good things about their products.
