Network Adapters Stopped Working – Need Help!

I've got a ROG STRIX X870E-E GAMING WIFI motherboard running Windows 11, and recently both my wired Ethernet and built-in Wi-Fi just stopped working at the same time. This was pretty sudden since my setup was fine before. My PC is usually on 24/7 behind an APC, and there haven't been any power issues. I can still connect my phones, laptops, and Chromecast to the network with no problems, but both network adapters are missing from the network settings. I've tried restarting my network, changing the Ethernet cables, and doing a network reset—a detection tool didn't help either. In the device manager, I see generic entries listed under 'other devices' with code 28, but I can't figure out how to sort out drivers from this situation, especially since I don't have a USB drive to transfer anything. I'm genuinely worried it might be a motherboard issue, but it seems strange that it would fail so early on.

It sounds like the problem could be from a recent Windows update that messed with your drivers. I suggest trying to restore your system to a previous restore point if you have one available. If that doesn't solve the issue, you might need to download the correct drivers from the motherboard support page and transfer them to your PC via another device. If you don't have access to another computer or a USB drive, you could use your Android phone to download the drivers and then transfer them to your PC using a file-sharing app or via USB connection.

I do have an Android phone. How would I go about transferring drivers that way? I haven't really kept up with phone tech.
