New PC Not Booting: Fans Spin Then Stop, GPU Shows Low Power Light

I've just completed building my own PC and I'm encountering some boot issues. Here's what happens when I try to power it on:
1. The RGB lights on the case and CPU cooler turn on fine.
2. The case fans spin for only a second before stopping.
3. My GPU (RTX 5070 ASUS Prime) displays a red light indicating "low power," and there's no display output from either the GPU's HDMI or the motherboard's HDMI.
4. The SSD does light up, suggesting it's functioning.

So far, I've reseated the RAM since it was in the wrong slots, but that didn't help. I've also checked all cables to ensure they're plugged in correctly, but everything looks good.

I'm hoping for some suggestions that don't involve drastic measures! I've attempted to update the BIOS, but haven't had any success. I'm aware that this model can be tricky with BIOS updates. Here are my components in case it helps:
- ASUS PRIME B650M-A WiFi II motherboard
- Ryzen 5 7600 CPU
- Cooler Master 650 V3 Gold non-modular PSU
- 2x16 GB DDR5 Viper RAM
- RTX 5070 ASUS Prime GPU
- Be Quiet! 500DX case
- 1 TB WD Black SSD

The low power light usually means the GPU isn't getting enough power or there's a fault. Make sure your PSU is compatible and all the necessary power cables are securely connected to the GPU. It could also be worth testing with a different PSU if you have one handy.

It sounds like a power issue with your GPU! Try removing it and using the onboard graphics instead to see if you can get a display. Also, test with just one stick of RAM to rule out memory issues. Sometimes it's a simple fix like that!

I've already tried that with no luck. Just getting the same red light from the GPU.
