I bought an Apple Watch at an Apple Store in London today using cash. The staff member had me scan in my account and saw all my Apple products, which I thought was a bit invasive. After my purchase, he assured me that I'd receive an email receipt and confirmed my name and email address. However, it's been 6 hours, and I still haven't received an email, nor is the purchase showing up in my Apple Store app. Since I paid in cash, I'm worried something might have gone wrong with the receipt process. Is this normal? If it doesn't arrive by tomorrow, I'm considering making a complaint. Any advice on what I should do or if there's a way to find my receipt? Thanks!

It might have been a typo in your email address, like a .con instead of .com. If you have your watch's serial number, you could return to the store and ask them to reprint or resend your receipt. Just make sure to bring that info with you!
You shouldn't stress too much! If you have the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, you should be able to see warranty information there, and you can also check if you bought AppleCare. Also, try visiting this link for warranty coverage: https://checkcoverage.apple.com/country-region?locale=en_US.
Have you checked your spam or junk folder for the email? Sometimes receipts end up there!
Yeah, I looked there and it’s not in the junk folder.

But they had all my details right when I signed in with the QR code.
