No Power to HDMI and USB Ports After Building My PC

I just finished building my new PC and everything seems to be working since all the fans are running, but I'm not getting any signal to my display, and my keyboard isn't getting power from the USB ports on the back. Could anyone help me figure out what might be causing this issue? Here are the specs of my build: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X, ASUS PRIME B650-PLUS motherboard, MSI GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, and more. I'm really hoping it's something simple!

Make sure that all the power cables are connected properly. Check if the 24-pin cable and the CPU power cable are securely plugged into both the motherboard and the power supply. Also, ensure that the GPU power connections are in place. Let us know if you run into any issues!

I can confirm everything is powered, but still no power from the motherboard's ports.

It’s worth trying to update the BIOS. Sometimes after a new build, the initial BIOS version may not support all features properly.

I can’t do that because the USB ports aren't getting any power.
