I'm having trouble with my iPhone where I can't hear any sound during incoming calls. I've gone through several troubleshooting steps like adjusting the volume, turning Airplane mode on and off, and even toggling Bluetooth. I also checked if I could hear audio through headphones, and while my other audio works fine, the incoming calls from my phone and apps like Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp are silent. I recently updated to the newest iOS version and I'm using an iPhone 15. Has anyone experienced this or knows what I should try next?

I used to see this issue when people left the protective plastic on their devices. Just a thought—check if you missed any covers or protectors that might be obstructing the speaker.
It sounds like your speaker might be malfunctioning. Can you play music or other sounds without issues? If not, it might need a repair or at least a visit to the Apple store.
Have you checked the volume settings? Sometimes, it’s as simple as forgetting to turn the volume up for calls. Also, try checking if you have any accessibility settings enabled that might affect the call audio.
I tried that! The volume is up, but still no sound during calls.
Have you checked if Handoff is enabled? Sometimes audio from incoming calls can get rerouted to your other devices. It might be worth toggling it again just to be sure.
I tried toggling Handoff, but it didn’t help. It's frustrating!

I’ve played music and audio from other apps, and that works fine. So I’m stumped!
