I accidentally deleted my AppData folder thinking it was related to an app I don't use anymore. Now, I'm facing issues like not being able to open photos, with an 'incorrect function' error popping up. I know I messed up! I can't access the command prompt either. What should I do? By the way, the folder is still there, but it seems like most of its contents are gone.

If it's not recoverable from the recycle bin, your best bet might be to try a system restore if you have any recent restore points. Otherwise, reinstalling might be necessary.
Have you checked your recycle bin? You might be able to restore it from there if it's still listed.
Unfortunately, it's not in there; I think the file was too large.
Sometimes backing up your system or rolling back can save you in these situations. Just a heads-up for the future: Control + Z is a lifesaver for mistakes! But I know, it might be too late for that now.
How do I go about reinstalling?
