I've got a team of about 30 telesales callers, and for the past two weeks, every phone number we use to call customers is suddenly being labeled as "Spam" or "Spam Likely." This is really problematic because it makes customers hesitant to pick up, thinking we're scammers. To clarify, we don't do cold calls; we only reach out to verified leads from platforms like IndiaMART and Justdial. Even new SIM cards we try are getting flagged as spam within days. I'm guessing this might be due to Truecaller or some carrier filters, but I'm looking for a long-term solution. Has anyone dealt with this and found a reliable fix? Would registering our numbers or getting a business caller ID or verified badge with Truecaller or telecom providers help? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The best way to tackle this is to officially register your numbers and get a business caller ID or a verified badge on platforms like Truecaller and the Free Caller Registry. Relying on new SIM cards is not the way to go since it just resets your reputation every time you switch.
It’s hard to believe this is serious. Have you ever thought that you might just be making spam calls? If you’re reaching out to individuals who haven’t requested to be contacted, that’s considered spam by many.

If you'd read my post, you'd see I mentioned contacting people who have inquired about our products and provided their numbers. If you can't contribute positively, it's best to skip the comment.
