I'm having a frustrating issue with my AirPods 4 and my Windows 11 computer. Recently, they are proving to be stubborn when trying to connect. I decided to unpair them and attempt to re-pair, but they aren't showing up as discoverable. Occasionally, I see a device named 'AirPods - Find My', but when I click on it, my computer's audio goes silent, and I can't hear anything through my AirPods. They were named 'AirPods' before, not this mysterious 'Find My' label. It's vexing! I've checked my drivers (and found no AirPod driver), and changed the Bluetooth services from manual to automatic, but nothing seems to work. I'm really at a loss and could use some advice!

Honestly, Windows and Bluetooth can be a real headache. If you haven't already, make sure that your Windows updates are all current. If that doesn't help, it might be the Bluetooth drivers causing the issue. Uninstalling the drivers might help, but it sounds like you've already tried that. It's a tricky situation!
Have you tried completely removing your AirPods from the Bluetooth device list and then re-pairing them? Sometimes that helps with connectivity issues. Just do a reset on your AirPods before trying again. That usually clears up any weird glitches!
I’ve already done that a few times with no luck. Occasionally, I can get them to connect after a hard reset, but then they disconnect again if I adjust the volume.
If all else fails, you could also consider using non-Apple earbuds as a backup. Sometimes a change in hardware can help avoid these frustrating glitches!

Yeah, it’s just odd. They worked fine one moment and then suddenly stopped connecting properly.
