Problems Connecting with RDP on New Windows 11 Laptop

Hey everyone! I recently got a new laptop running Windows 11 and it was working fine until a few days ago. Now, I'm unable to connect via RDP. It keeps saying, 'As a security measure, the account has been locked,' but there's no indication anywhere that the account is actually locked. The laptop is pretty much empty except for Windows with no extra programs installed, and I even turned off the firewall. I'm really at my wit's end here. I've reset the laptop five times already. Can anyone help me out?

This isn’t really a support forum, especially not for German speakers. Might want to check out other resources for help with your issue!

Where can I find a good place to get support for my problem? Any suggestions?

You could try posting in dedicated tech forums or visiting Microsoft support. They might have the right answers!

What account are you using to connect? Just taking a wild guess here, but if you're logging in as 'Administrator' on Laptop A and then trying to connect to PC B with 'Administrator', that account may be disabled on PC B. That could be causing the problem!

Thanks for the tip!
