We're experiencing issues where users can't log into their email accounts. After successfully completing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), they're getting stuck on the m365.cloud.microsoft/?auth=2 page and can't proceed any further. However, if they go directly to outlook.office.com post-MFA, they can access their emails. It seems like there's something off with how the MFA login process is transitioning to Microsoft services.

Phew, I've been troubleshooting this all morning! Basically, when users reach that m365.cloud.microsoft/?auth=2 page, they seem to be stuck. It's a mess, and I've heard about Edge crashing when users try to access Outlook New. What a day!
Seeing similar issues in the Northeast GCC too. The users log in on outlook.office365.com without issues, but the login process through m365.cloud is failing.
I think something's wrong on Microsoft's end. It appears they might've changed their site URL structure, causing these login redirects to fail. I've found that going straight to Outlook usually circumvents the problem.
Yeah, we're having the same problem in the Midwest. Users can access through Outlook directly, but the main login isn't working. It seems to be widespread.
Same here, I've got users in the Gov cloud facing this issue too. They can access email via Outlook but not through the standard login page.
