Help! My New SSD Won’t Format Properly

Hey everyone! I just got a new m.2 SSD for my MSI Thin GF63 laptop (model GF6311263). It's a Silicon Power NVMe m.2 SSD Gen 3. The laptop recognizes it as "Disk 1", but it shows 0MB storage and I can't format it at all. I've tried using the BIOS, diskpart via CMD, and even some third-party apps like Macrium. I'm running out of ideas on how to fix this. Any suggestions?

I see you're getting an error when you try to initialize it, which usually means the disk might be having some issues. Have you tried connecting it to another PC to see if it'll recognize it there? Sometimes a different system can detect problems with the drive itself.

First, we need to figure out if there's a partition on that drive. You can check this in Disk Management. Right-click on the Start menu and select Disk Management. Let me know what it shows there!

I'm not sure how to check for a partition. Can you guide me through it?

I checked Disk Management, and there's nothing showing for that drive.
