I've been using my PS5 just fine until three days ago when it suddenly stopped displaying any picture, even though the console powers up normally. I've tested it with different monitors and HDMI cables, so I suspect the console itself might be at fault. I have the impression that the HDMI port could be damaged, but I want to confirm this before I shell out over $100 for repairs. I've also attached some images of the HDMI port for reference.

Hey! It really seems like the HDMI port might be misaligned. If you check the spacing around the port, it looks tighter on some sides than others. But there could be other issues at play too. If your console is showing a blinking error code, it could be worth looking that up to get an idea of repair costs. Either way, you might have to spend a bit to fix it.
From my experience, it’s likely that the HDMI port is the issue. At the repair shop I used to work at, we charged around $130 for replacing HDMI ports on newer consoles. So, if you can get it done for $100, that sounds like a decent deal!
