Hey everyone, I upgraded my PC last month and since the start of June, I've been hit with multiple random Blue Screens of Death (BSOD) displaying the error code "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL." I've updated my drivers, even found and fixed a missing one, but that didn't do the trick. I also ran a RAM scan and everything checked out fine. Just last hour it crashed again while I wasn't doing anything intensive. I tried using Bluescreenview but I'm still puzzled by what the results mean. I did some reading online about it possibly relating to unauthorized memory usage, but I'm at a loss for how to fix this without wiping my system. I've heard that could be a solution, but I'd rather not risk it.
I've also got the DMP error files if that would help anyone diagnose the issue. Here's the link to them: [BSOD_dmp.zip](https://www.mediafire.com/file/o9udi2la0att8bx/BSOD_dmp.zip/file)

It sounds like you’re dealing with some frustrating BSOD issues! First things first, if you’re able to boot into Windows or Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any crash dump files. Those logs are crucial for diagnosing the BSODs. Zip up the folder and upload it to a file-sharing site like mediafire or catbox.moe, and let’s take a look. If you’ve got just one dump file, follow this guide to set your dump type to Small Memory Dump so we can get more logs in the future!
Definitely update your motherboard BIOS to the latest version available. You can find it on the MSI support page for your motherboard model. Following that, make sure to install the latest AMD Chipset Drivers, avoiding any extra downloads . Some of those can cause issues on certain systems. After you’ve done those updates, see if your crashes still occur. It’s crucial for system stability!
Thanks for the tip! I’ve heard mixed opinions about updating BIOS. If mine’s from 2020, should I definitely go for the latest update?
Got it! I’ll check for those dump files. Just to clarify, is any specific file sharing site better for uploading?
