Random BSODs on Windows 11 – Need Help Analyzing Minidump

Hey everyone, I've been experiencing these random BSODs and reboots on my Windows 11 PC, which usually happen late at night when I'm not around. It's been occurring a few times a month, but I caught it happening today and managed to check the event viewer. The error code I found was 0x0000000a, and a minidump file was saved. I've linked the minidump here for anyone who can help analyze it: [minidump link]. Here are my specs: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X, X570 Aorus Ultra, 128GB RAM, Geforce 3090. Thanks in advance for any advice!

You might be looking at a CPU issue here, especially with the Clock_Watchdog_Timeout errors you mentioned. Some users with 5000 series CPUs have had luck with voltage tweaks. Try bumping your CPU Core and SoC voltage offsets to +0.050v or set static voltages at 1.3v for the Core and 1.1v for the SoC, just to see if that helps stabilize things. If you have any overclocking going on, try disabling that too.

Thanks for the tips! I was considering the PSU as a potential issue, but I guess I'll start with the RAM and tweaking the voltages first. Appreciate your help!

It sounds like you're dealing with a tricky issue! First, make sure you have multiple dump files to analyze, as one is rarely enough for a full diagnosis. You should check your C:WindowsMinidump folder for any available dump files, zip them, and upload them to a file sharing service. Also, follow this guide to change your dump settings to a Small Memory Dump if you haven't done that yet.

From what I can see in the dump, it appears there might be a problem involving the 'NetBak PC Agen' process. It's possible that it tried to access an invalid memory address, which caused the crash. While the program might not be the direct culprit, we’d definitely need more dump files to see if there's a consistent pattern in the crashes before jumping to conclusions.
