Recommendations for a Reliable 1 in 2 Out HDMI Switch

I'm looking for a good HDMI switch that has 1 input and 2 outputs since I often switch between my PC monitor and my TV. I've had some trouble in the past with switches not working due to cable length limitations. My setup has a 30-foot HDMI cable going into a 3-in-1 out switch, which is then connected to another 15 feet of cable. It works fine with shorter cables, but I need a more permanent solution instead of constantly plugging and unplugging cables. My requirements for the switch are: it should handle 45 feet of cable, support 4K at 60Hz, and have at least 1 input and 2 outputs.

If you're only using two screens, it might be easier to keep them both connected to your PC and switch between them using software. For Windows, you can use the Win+P shortcut to toggle between displays. There are also third-party options that offer more functionality.

I considered software switching too, but all my other ports are occupied.
